❤So here we are 2019 and I made alllllll these resolutions last year that left my head the week after I made them. I told myself last year I would be consistent and here I am another year still daydreaming. Now I know I’m not the only one that planned millions of trips last year in my head or told myself I would do this and that and just stayed home and watched love hip hop or stayed lurking on IG watching someone else glow up or what celebrity just got in a new relationship
❤Sounds relatable right?
❤Right that’s you reading this and it’s me writing this. We all get complacent sometimes in our comfort zones because it’s comfort. It’s what keeps us safe and in a great space because we are familiar and when you are familiar it brings what? comfort! See we are there this morning, we are vibing and in the right space so now you can be receptive to what I’m saying and I can hold my ass yes I went there with myself so now I am forced to hold my ASSSS accountable for what I know is my fault for what I know could have been changed if I just STOPPED BEING LAZY.
❤IT can be so challenging in figuring out how to go about setting and achieving goals. I mean look at me I’m still setting and not achieving but No worries that’s why we are here to help each other. I’ve came up with a few things that have helped me along the way.
1. Writing down your goals makes them real you can see them and see how they can be approached.
2. Speaking your goals and dreams into existence. Saying what you want is a form of already claiming that it’s yours and if you claim it you shall have
3. Not being afraid to go for it. This is the area I struggle in. It’s okay to take that trip and invest a little money. If you have money to go to the club or out to dinner you have Monet to invest in your goals and that’s facts
Before this gets way off topic let’s leave this here. Let’s set a week aside, yes only a week to start the process and see how far we get. Next week we may not have reached the goal but we are closer than we was last week.
